You can expect the order to be delivered within 2-3 business days after shipment across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry; 5-6 business days for other States across India. For remote locations (village) which are difficult to access by courier service, you may need to collect your order directly from courier service chosen by you.

All domestic orders are processed between 1-2 business days.

Exchanges are possible only in cases of damage or lost of products during transit. The customer is required to email us at contact@thepalmera.in within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a description of the issue for our understanding. Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7 business days if the customer needs to resend the product we will send a new package otherwise we will refund the money. Note: Full video proof of opening the package is required without pause/stop to claim damage transit

All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.

Cancellation of orders can be done only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. There will be a cancellation charge of Rs. 50/- for cancelling an order which is not dispatched. Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot issue a cancellation.
