Returns And Refunds
Exchanges are possible only in cases of damage or lost of products during transit. The customer is required to email us at contact@thepalmera.in within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a description of the issue for our understanding. Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7 business days if the customer needs to resend the product we will send a new package otherwise we will refund the money.
Note: Full video proof of opening the package is required without pause/stop to claim damage transit.
