First of all thank you so much for introducing this product as you mentioned in your video Dr.Sivaranjani was gave this suggestion, thanks to mam... it is very helpful for balancing the hormone. I can see the difference, it actually supports my hormone. It is very easy to carry for daily snacks to the office.
Hi! I really like the seed cycling laddus. At first, I thought they might cause weight loss, but after eating them for 14 days, my view changed; they actually helped maintain my weight. Instead of eating them according to the standard cycle, I consume one laddu from each phase every day. Because of this, I still need a couple of months to see how it affects my cycle. I will definitely let you know the results in two months.

It has good taste and you have added exactly the right amount of karuppatti . But am finding black residue of karuppatti while eating it. Try to add filtered karuppati extract rather than powdered one
