Seed Cycle Laddus Phase 2 is designed for Day 15 to Day 28, the second half of the month.
This blend brings together a mix of seeds, grains, and traditional ingredients, prepared as a simple food to enjoy as part of your daily routine. It's made using time-tested combinations of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and hemp seeds, along with ragi and chamomile for a soft, aromatic flavour.
Each laddu is made with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, ragi, chamomile, ghee, dates, almonds, cashews, and our signature palm jaggery, all rolled into a soft, bite-sized laddu that's easy to include in your day.
No white sugar, no preservatives, no artificial flavors. Only clean, carefully selected ingredients, prepared the traditional way.
How to use?
• Eat 1 laddu daily from Day 15 to Day 28
• Take it in the morning or enjoy as a snack anytime during the day
• After Day 28, restart with Phase 1
